Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Handling all employee relations & issues
- Manage a team of 2+0 people
- Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders
- Greet visitors and help with clients that are in need
- Train and develop office staff on procedures and policies
- Ensure efficient use of phone systems and other office equipment
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Oversee team management and foster a positive work environment
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assists with other duties, as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in calendar management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in training development
- Excellent skilled to lead and manage a team
- Spanish Speaker preferred
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and available to work weekends
- Position is 100% On-Site
