Elsa Rivera joined Joe I. Zaid & Associates as a legal assistant in October 2022. She brings over 30 years customer service experience in various industries to our firm.
The daughter of Cuban immigrants, who demonstrated the virtues of dedication and perseverance in their own lives, instilling these qualities in Elsa from an early age.
Elsa is fluently bilingual in English/Spanish and is committed to helping our clients navigate through the phases of their personal injury case. It helps during this difficult time to have someone who often anticipates and identifies client needs. Elsa has a heart of service that makes her a valued team member at Joe I. Zaid & Associates.
In her spare time, Elsa enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her three White West Highland Terriers.
