Office Manager

Joe I. Zaid & Associates Law firm is a Personal Injury Law Firm located in Pasadena, Texas. We are looking to hire an Office Manager to be an asset to our team player! To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and have excellent customer service experience. Joe I. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations
  • Handling all employee relations & issues
  • Manage a team of ~20 people
  • Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance for clients that are in need
  • Train and develop office staff on procedures and policies
  • Ensure efficient use of phone systems and other office equipment
  • Oversee team management and foster a positive work environment
  • Assists with other duties, as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Preferred experience in a personal injury law firm
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in calendar management software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in training development is a plus
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Preferred experience with Filevine software
  • Spanish Speaker preferred
  • Available Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
  • Position is 100% On-Site
