She has over 9 years of customer service experience and is driven to learn and build. She is bilingual and likes to help wherever her work is needed. Alexis is a cheerful and compassionate person who always stands up for people’s best interests. She was born and raised in Pasadena, Texas and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Houston. Outside of the office, Alexis finds pleasure in traveling and spending time with her family.
