Job Title: Legal Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the attorney with onboarding clients and preparing the new client’s file.
- Ensure the client’s file is being handled properly and in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with getting their questions answered.
- Ensure the client receives excellent customer service from our firm.
- Set up Claims with 1st and 3rd party insurance companies.
- Follow up with Medical Facilities and Clients to ensure the client is compliant with their medical treatment for their MVA injuries.
- Assists with other duties, as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- 3-5 years personal injury legal assistant experience preferred
- Spanish Speaker preferred
- Available Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
- Position is 100% On-Site
