Melissa Guerra

Melissa was born and raised in Pasadena surrounded by the best Mexican restaurants around. Melissa loves spending her private time with her family and friends. She loves to relax and read a good book in her downtime and to cuddle up with her cats. Melissa graduated from J. Frank Dobie High school, class of 2010, and then went on to San Jacinto College South for her associates degree in general studies. Melissa was then accepted to go to the University of Houston in Clear Lake for her bachelor’s degree in legal studies and received her bachelor’s degree in 2020.

Melissa started working as a legal assistant for Joe I. Zaid and Associates in April of 2021. She found her passion in helping people who have been a victim of reckless conduct. Melissa is dedicated to talking to people and helping them get through what may be one of the most difficult times in their life. Melissa found the perfect fit as a team member with Joe I. Zaid & Associates law firm – surrounded by a team of passionate and hardworking people that so deeply care about our clients as individuals.
